CIPP - UV

A new structural pipe inside the existing one, installed in hours and UV-cured on-site. No excavation, no service interruption, ASTM F-1216 certified.

CIPP-UV (Cured-in-Place Pipe with UV curing) is the most widely adopted trenchless rehabilitation technology in the world. It renews existing pipelines from the inside — without excavation — by installing a fiberglass liner impregnated with photosensitive resin that cures under ultraviolet light.

How it works:

The process takes hours, not days. First, the existing pipeline is inspected with CCTV cameras to diagnose its condition. Next, the CIPP liner is inserted through an existing manhole and inflated with compressed air to bond against the internal walls. Finally, a UV light train travels through the liner, curing the resin in a controlled, uniform manner. The result is a fully integrated new structural pipe, ready for immediate service.

Unlike traditional heat-cured technologies, UV curing delivers significantly faster installation times, tighter quality control, and lower energy consumption. The resulting liner has an estimated service life of over 50 years and complies with international standards ASTM F-1216 and ASTM F-2019.
