History

2009
TUBEPOL is founded
Two Mexican engineers identify the potential of trenchless technologies in the country and incorporate Tuberías Poliméricas SAPI de CV.
2012
Formal operations begin
Liner manufacturing plant opens in Santa Isabel Cholula, Puebla. First industrial trenchless rehabilitation project with a corporate client.
2016
InnovaUNAM recognition
TUBEPOL is formally registered as an InnovaUNAM company under UNAM's Innovation and Development Coordination, validating its technical and innovative capacity.
2018
First Latin American partnerships
Beginning of commercial relationships with partners in Central and South America to bring TUBEPOL technologies to the LATAM region.
2020
Landmark CDMX project
Rehabilitation of a 90" sewer for Mexico City's water system, one of the largest diameters installed without excavation in the country.
2023
Launch of CIPP/UV with TPCS™ technology
Adoption of UV LED curing, reducing installation times and improving quality control. Only CIPP liner manufacturer in Mexico and Latin America.
2025
Operational record
More than 60 people on staff, operational presence in 13 Mexican states, and the best financial results in 16 years of operation.

Plant and operations

Our liner manufacturing plant in Santa Isabel Cholula, Puebla, is the only productive facility of its kind in Mexico and Latin America. The CIPP liner manufactured here is installed in projects throughout the country and exported to the region.

Sustainability

Rehabilitation is, by definition, a sustainable decision. Every meter of pipeline we recover instead of excavating and replacing reduces emissions, waste, and disruption.

Less CO₂

Up to 90% fewer emissions per rehabilitated meter vs. traditional excavation, accounting for transport, virgin materials, and heavy machinery.

Zero road waste

No earth removed, no broken pavement, no material going to landfill. Existing infrastructure is reused.

50+ year service life

Pipelines rehabilitated with TUBEPOL CIPP have a minimum service life of 50 years, comparable to or better than a new installation.
